Can't Blame a Girl for Trying is the debut extended play (EP) by Sabrina Carpenter. It was released on April 8, 2014 through Hollywood Records. The EP includes four songs, all of which would later appear on her debut album, Eyes Wide Open.

The lead single and title track, "Can't Blame a Girl for Trying", was released on March 14, 2014.
