Man's Best Friend is the upcoming seventh studio album by Sabrina Carpenter. It will be released on August 29, 2025 through Island Records.
Background[]
On June 11, 2025, Carpenter went live on Instagram for under a minute to show a vinyl cover for an upcoming project.[1] The album was announced hours later, and the cover shown was confirmed to be the album artwork.[2] A limited edition picture disc vinyl was also made available on her webstore. The same day, it was revealed that the album would have 12 tracks after it was uploaded to streaming services Spotify and Apple Music to pre-save. Visual teasers for the album were also seen being screened on the sides of buildings.[3]
On June 26, 2025, Carpenter announced an alternate album artwork for vinyl and cassettes. On July 8, 2025, she announced another alternate album artwork for vinyl.

The lead single, "Manchild", was released on June 5, 2025.
